Payment Policies

Payment Policies

As of 04/20/22, all services are self-pay. This may change in the future.


Payment for services are due at the time of booking and you will receive an electronic receipt for services paid and confirmed.
Payment Processing

All payments are processed via Stripe. Stripe may send digital communications automatically or per your request; email or text message receipts that reveal personal health information such as the date and type of service. This is at the client's risk.

If you are not comfortable with this, payment may be made via check instead. Please contact us in advance at info@themilkyhub.com.
Scheduling Logistics

The Milky Hub offers convenient online scheduling through Calendly. Appointments are taken through online scheduling.

The Milky Hub reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments for any reason.
An appointment confirmation will be sent via email once you payment is confirmed through Calendly.

If you are not comfortable with this, please contact us directly at: info@themilkyhub.com to schedule an appt.
Cancellation Policy

Client understands that they are responsible for all charges associated with any services rendered by The Milky Hub or its Subcontractors.We conduct virtual flange sizing, keep in mind that there can be a time zone difference

Refunds will be given up to 48 hours before an appointment, missed appointments will not be refunded.
